You can request a repeat prescription by the options below, which we will send your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
- Through Online Access (ask at reception for registration information)
- Via our email at email@example.com
- Dropping your request slip into prescription request box at the front door
- Dropping your request slip into the prescription request box at reception
Please quote your Patient Number or NHS Number on your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept telephone prescription requests.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Requests made before 12:00 should be ready for collection after 17:00 the next working day. If there are any problems, please ring the surgery.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
