We can help you get involved with:
- local activities and sports
- local craft groups
- baby and toddler groups
- befriending services
- support groups
- friendship & social groups
We work along side other services such as:
This service is available to patients at Riverside Medical Centre, Roslea Surgery and The Ryan Medical Centre.
