Social Prescribing
Social prescribing helps connect you with local services and activities that support your health and wellbeing. Our Social Prescribing Link Worker can help with issues such as loneliness, housing concerns, carer support or carer respite, stress, or managing long-term conditions by linking you to community groups, support services, or activities like walking clubs, art classes, or financial advice. It’s a personalised, non-medical approach to improving overall wellbeing.

Travel Vaccinations
We offer a travel vaccination service for NHS-funded vaccines, including hepatitis A, typhoid, diphtheria/tetanus/polio (DTP), and cholera. These vaccines are provided free of charge if recommended for travel. For advice about vaccines required for travel, please see TravelHealth Pro and NHS Fit for travel for more information. Please book a travel/vaccine consultation well in advance—ideally at least 6–8 weeks before departure—as some vaccines may require multiple doses. For vaccines not covered by the NHS, you will need to attend a private travel clinic.
